Would you like to know how to keep your balance healthy?

At the University of Southampton we are carrying out a study to find out why people may or may not want to take part in physical activities to improve balance. We would greatly appreciate your help with this important work. All we will ask you to do is to read a leaflet we have written about these activities and then fill in a questionnaire. We would like to hear from both men and women over the age of 65 years. In return, we will send you a FREE booklet explaining how you can keep your balance system healthy.

What you tell us will be totally anonymous and confidential. Don't worry if you are not sure if these exercises are right for you - it's essential that we find out the views of people who feel that these activities are not suitable for them - as well as the views of people who think they are.

To take part in this study just email us directly on mh699@soton.ac.uk or telephone Maggie Donovan-Hall or Kate Francis on 023 8059 5785.
