Franchise Testimonials

I felt it appropriate to offer some feedback of my impressions so far in relation to the opportunity you have given me. Back in August 2003 I was busy trawling through franchise magazines in an effort to discover a good quality, viable business with unlimited growth potential. I visited franchisors around the U.K but always got the impression that A) Their business was too complex and B) Whilst informal chats started off gently, it was not very long before they progressed (or regressed) into a hard sell. When I detected the hard sell that was reason enough for me to immediately lose interest.

I was beginning to lose interest in managing a franchised business when, browsing dejectedly through a franchise magazine I saw the advert for In-Crease: De-Crease and read it very carefully. I thought to myself what could possibly be simpler than a straightforward ironing business. I sent for further details and within a day I had in my hand such a well-presented and easily understandable folder, clear and factual whilst not pulling any punches.

I just had to know more and so I made an appointment to meet Mr. Andrew MacDonald and his very bubbly National Franchise Manager, Mrs Tracey Smith. In idyllic surroundings we spent a day discussing the potential of the opportunity and following this I was totally convinced I had to come on board.

Since that time we have met on numerous occasions covering every single aspect of business set up and I can say that without reservation I have had one hundred percent support and co-operation including a 5- day comprehensive training course which included premise requirements, quality policy, service aspects, vehicle procurement, a half day observing a live operation, accountancy, preparation of business plan, equipment necessary, computers (office grade computer supplied), marketing, staff employment and Health & Safety. To top all this off we were given an extremely useful manual, which answers every single question I can think of and addresses every situation I could possibly encounter.

I could go on forever about the high degree of professionalism with which In-Crease:De-Crease go about their business and about the non pressured way in which they have encourage me to maximise the limitless potential of this simple but highly profitable service but I just don’t have the time as I am now fully set up with my own business and progressing most comfortably with new customers contacting me on daily basis.

For anyone aspiring not only to be the masters of their own destiny but to enjoy it along the way whilst making significant profits, this is the business you should be in, believe me, I know!!!

Thanks a million and may you move from strength to strength.

I joined In-Crease: De-Crease from a career in customer services and had always wanted my own business and considered franchising as a half-way house allowing me to start a business from scratch but with the support of an established company.

I chose In-Crease : De-Crease because it is an excellent idea in an untapped marketplace in need of a professional approach, the overall set-up is extremely professional and driven by quality procedures with a very comprehensive package offering excellent value.

I have a great deal of trust in the directors and management at Head office who all work for the common good of the business and have a ‘no smoothie attitude’ towards their franchisees. They referred at all times to ‘Our Vision’ as opposed to taking a high stand based along the lines of ‘this is what we are going to offer you’, as I had encountered many times before.

I currently work within the financial services industry and have become increasingly disillusioned with my job. Earlier this year I began to look for an alternative career, which would provide a decent income and a more fulfilling life.

My best friend actually put the seed in my head about franchisees as this was not something I had considered previously so with that in mind, I surfed the net and found a franchise site, which offered a number of opportunities. My eyes fell on In-Crease: De-Crease because my partner, Jim already has a home based ironing business so I thought it logical to look at this further.

When we went down to Cardiff to see Andy and Mel we truthfully meant to find out how we could expand on our own but we were so impressed with the professionalism, the vision and the potential of what was on offer, we decided that we would be foolish to let the opportunity slip by.

Jim has been ironing for almost 8 years and has a number of regular clients and could easily increase the numbers but he couldn’t physically do anymore so I know that this business will succeed. What I particularly like about the nature of the work is the simplicity of it, ironing in, ironing out – get paid.

Since entering into the scheme I am now champing at the bit to get started and have not a single doubt that what we are doing is right for us.

Following an 11-year career in manufacturing I was looking for a tried and tested franchise. In-Crease: De-Crease appeared to be a unique business concept in an untapped marketplace which really appealed to me.

When I visited the Headquarters I was put under no pressure but given time to consider investing in the opportunity.

I invested, joined a 5-day course and picked up my sign-written van. On my first day with the van within 15 minutes I had my first customer whilst driving to my industrial premises. I consider it one of my biggest marketing tools.

I consider that I have the best of both worlds by owning my own business whilst receiving all the support I need from Headquarters.

They want each franchisee to succeed and are always available on the phone when required. They provide me with information that is second to none. I am in fact happy to speak with anyone who is interested in this business and show them it’s potential I would recommend it to anyone.
