The Single Persons Accommodation Centre for the Ex-Services (SPACES) is designed to help single ex-regulars to find appropriate accommodation when they leave the Service. Through this service the project reduces the likelihood of ex-services personnel becoming homeless or sleeping rough after discharge. The Officers' Association is a charity dedicated to assisting officers who have retired or are about to retire from Her Majesty's Armed Forces. The Association was founded in 1919 and received the Royal Charter in 1921. |

Douneside House |
Douneside House is a subsidised holiday country house exclusively for officers (serving and retired) of the Armed Forces and their families, from Easter to mid-October and at Christmas. It is located in Royal Deeside, 30 miles west of Aberdeen, close to the best of Scotland's sporting and leisure pursuits including golf, fishing, mountaineering, walking, skiing, gliding, riding and pony-trekking. |

Scottish Veteran's Garden City provides low-cost accommodation for disabled ex-servicemen and Merchant Navy personnel. The SVGCA has 596 houses in 43 districts throughout Scotland, the majority within the Forth/Clyde valley. Priority is given to younger people, particularly those with families. The Veterans' Agency |
The Veterans' Agency provides support to ex-servicemen and women. It draws together the Veterans' Advice Unit and the War Pensions Agency (WPA). It works in partnership with other organisations to provide a helpline for veterans and a range of advice and information. |
